The Portuguese Plastics Pact is promoting the webinar series “Innovation for Circularity”, an initiative that aims to present innovative projects focused on promoting the circular economy in the plastics sector 🌍.
As part of this series, the 5th session will take place on the next May 13th, at 2:30 PM, in online format 💻.
The session will feature the participation of the Center for Nuclear Sciences and Technologies of the Instituto Superior Técnico, as well as a guest from the University of Applied Sciences Dresden 🇩🇪.
🧪 Session Theme
Under the theme “Radiation-assisted recycling of plastic waste”, several examples of the application of this technology will be presented, including cases already implemented on an industrial scale and with high added value ⚙️.
The session will focus on responding to environmental challenges associated with plastic waste, highlighting innovative solutions for its valorization and reintegration into the economy ♻️, contributing to more sustainable and circular models 🌱.

Participation in the event is free, but subject to prior registration for entities external to the Portuguese Plastics Pact.
