3rd Progress Report

  • Most of the tasks for the 3rd year of the EDS@FEUP project were completed, contributing to the achievement of the established objectives.
  • A1 – The training of technical staff was postponed, but a two-session format is already planned: an introductory online session and a more practical in-person session.
  • A2 – The Mapping of ESD Competencies in FEUP courses is under development, in the pilot courses: M.EA and M.EGI. This process will result in a sustainability competency map per course, which will provide a clear and synthetic view of the ESD competencies worked on in the different UCs.
  • A3 – Despite the delays, two chapters were approved (Chapters 2 and 3 – Volume 1); subchapter 1.4 – Volume 2 was completed; and there is a new chapter: “Indicators, reporting and other analysis instruments” which was not in the original structure.
  • Non-formal education activities, such as thematic lectures and awareness initiatives, played a crucial role in promoting sustainability in the FEUP community.
