Abstract Submission Authors are invited to submit extended Abstracts of two full pages (in English), in the following format:
Paper Size: A4, single column Margins: Top page 3,0 cm; Bottom 2,5 cm, Left & Right 2,5 cm Font and line spacing: Times New Roman; single space First 3 lines: Should be left blank, size 10, reserved for the editors Title: Begins at the 4th line, capital letters, size 14, bold, left alignment Authors Names: Size 10, left alignment, one line interval from title above Authors affiliation: Size 10, left alignment, two lines interval from ABSTRACT heading below Main Text: Size 12, full justification, 6 pt space after paragraph, no indentation Headings: Capital letters, size 12, bold, one line interval from text above Legends (Figs & Tables): Size 10, one line interval from text above and below References: References to cited literature should be identified in the text with author(s) name(s) and year of publication (ex: Mascarenhas, 1997). Full citations should be grouped at the end of the paper and in alphabetical order of first author’s name. Always give inclusive page numbers for references to journal articles and a page range for books. Each reference must be cited in the text.

Extended Abstract must be submitted before the deadline of 15 December, 2017 15 January, 2018. Facilities for online submission of Abstracts in MS-WORD files are available from: http://conference.mercatura.pt/IRF2018/login.php All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation, and those accepted will appear in a book which will be made available to delegates of IRF2018 during the event.
Full-Paper Submission Authors of accepted Abstracts are kindly invited to submit full versions of their papers, for publication in a USB-card complementary to the Book of Abstracts. The format is the same used for the extended Abstracts, but now there is no limit for the number of pages. Please see a sample of full paper HERE , and use it as a template. Please place the four digit reference of your paper on the top left corner of first page (XXXX). This reference was generated when you first submitted the extended Abstract. Please use the same TITLE and AUTHORS as in the Approved Abstract. Please include some keywords immediately after the Abstract.
Full versions of papers must be submitted before the deadline of 15 March 2018. Please use our online submission of Full-papers in MS-WORD files available from: http://conference.mercatura.pt/IRF2018/login.php
Journal Publication of Selected Papers Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in "Special Issues" of the following indexed journals:
Contacts with the Editors of other indexed International Journals are still going on. Requirements will be provided at a later stage.

BOOK OF ABSTRACTS All accepted Extended Abstracts will be collected and published in the IRF2018 Book of Abstracts, which will be offered to all participants in the conference

IRF2018 PROCEEDINGS The Book of Abstracts will be complemented with the IRF2018 Proceedings, containing the full versions of the acceped papers. These will be collected in a USB-card to be distributed to the participants in the conference, and published in the internet for public access.
