In parallel with the Technical and Scientific Program, a full range of social activities will be offered to Delegates and Accompanying Persons during all days of the Conference. Most of these will be organised by an experienced local travel agency associated with the IRF2018 conference.

 

Early-Bird Reception

The Conference Secretariat will be open on Sunday 22^nd July, from 15:00 to 18:00, for registration and delivery of documentation to delegates. During this period, an Early-Bird Reception with drinks and refreshments will be offered to all registered delegates and their companions in the lobby of the hotel of the conference.

 

Welcome Dinner and Banquet

A Welcome Dinner will take place on Monday 23^rd July. This will occur in the restaurant of the hotel of the conference, after the afternoon sessions.

The conference Banquet will take place on Tuesday evening, 24^th July, at the famous Pousada Cidadela de Cascais*****, Avenida D. Carlos I , 2750-310 , Cascais, some 25 km from Lisbon. It includes a Porto d’honnour, followed by a fantastic dinner.

 

Excursions and Cultural Events

Lisbon is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. You and your company will have wonderful time in this beautiful city and suburbs. A social program will be organised by our highly selected travel agent Abreu, including full-day and half-day excursions and visits to historic sites in Lisbon and other close cities.
