The period for submitting abstracts to the6th Sustainable Campus Conference (CCS2024) is underway.

This event, promoted by the Rede Campus Sustentável – Portugal (RCS-PT),is organized by the University of Aveiro and will take place on the 17th and 18th of October 2024, at the University of Aveiro, in person .

ACCS2024 constitutes a moment of reflection and exchange of experiences on initiatives and modalities for implementing the Sustainable Development Goals in higher education institutions (HEIs).

Under the theme “Transformative actions of the Academy with Society to implement the Sustainable Development Goalsl”, the Sustainable Campus 2024 Conference aims to stimulate and consolidate processes of co-creation and network sharing, bringing HEIs and the non-academic community, as an interested party in the joint development of solutions and the implementation of environmental, social and economic measures that promote the implementation of sustainable development objectives.

• Well-being on campuses and integration into the surrounding environment

• Participatory workshop within the scope of the SDGs

Important Dates:

• Abstract submission: from April 4th to June 16th, 2024
• Notification of acceptance: until July 14, 2024
• Submission of the final version of the extended abstract: until July 31, 2024
• Registration: from April 4th to September 15th, 2024
• Conference: October 17th and 18th, 2024
