The redesign preserves the risk database, import pipeline, versioning and traceability, while focusing the user experience on three complementary modes.
Explore risks
Consult the database in PT-PT or EN-UK, using human-readable labels, dependent filters and advanced access to causal relationships and equipment.
Create an analysis
Prepare a guided JSA, decide on each risk, and record actions, owners, deadlines, evidence and traceable exports.
Learn and train
Create and complete structured case studies, assign them to groups, and monitor attempts, completion and results.
From redesign to pilot
Confirm the scope, profiles, usage events and acceptance criteria for the three journeys.
Stabilise the database, dependent filters, data quality and fully bilingual interface.
Implement partner access, aggregate indicators and traceable reporting of errors and suggestions.
Validate the end-to-end journeys with partners before releasing the future pilot.
Scope and limitations
The future tool will not replace the organisation's risk assessment, workplace inspection, worker consultation, applicable legal requirements or the decision of a competent professional.
Privacy by design
This presentation does not collect data. In the future pilot, events required for security and project indicators should be limited, transparent and pseudonymised, with no search terms or open-ended answers in aggregate exports.
