Over nearly two years, Good Food HUBs has attempted to change eating habits in Asprela. We would like to share the results of this effort:

  • 🧍‍♀️ 2426 consumers
  • 🥦 Over 3 tons of products produced within 100 km (a reduction of about 95% compared to the average distance traveled by food globally)
  • 💰 €11,737 transacted
🤳 Results Related to the Digital Sales Platform

The launch of the platform also strengthened the producer-consumer relationship and facilitated the ordering of baskets before each market.

💨 Carbon Footprint Avoided During the Entire Project

According to studies conducted on the carbon footprint of Good Food HUBs products, both in terms of distance and production methods, the Good Food HUBs project helps to avoid the emission of 355 kg CO2eq.
