Anxiety Management and Depression Prevention

In the Anxiety Management and Depression Prevention Workshop you will have the opportunity to share your ideas, thoughts and experiences about what anxiety and/or depression can be. With the help of the organizing psychologists and the other participants, you can try to make sense of these experiences and clarify any doubts you may have.

In the safe space of a single, intimate session led by psychologists, you’ll be able to clear up your doubts, calm your worries and find new ways to improve your day-to-day life.
