David Grande

My name is David, I come from Spain, where I studied for my bachelor degree. The field in which I graduated is Construction Engineering, or 'Technical Architecture', as it is called in Spain. Within my degree I was attracted by the area of Construction Management and Budgeting, so I decided to do a master's degree related to management and even with such a broad area as services, it was a great option to complete my initial training.

The University of Porto is a university recognized in the working context for offering a good quality of education. The master's program is comprehensive and helps to focus on the areas of greatest interest, but at the same time flexible enough to adapt to work schedules. Colleagues come from many countries, and there is an open and relaxed atmosphere. There is also a spirit of sharing that definitely doesn't leave anyone behind.

Apart from the master's degree, the University itself is a magnet for Erasmus students from all over Europe, and from all backgrounds. In addition, it offers a number of services that make the student's life much simpler. In this sense I am talking about the large Faculty library, the canteen, the students' association, which provides a good service, and the whole set of events that make university life much more lively.

On the other hand, the teaching staff is accessible and, even in times of pandemic, was willing to help and adapt to new teaching methods. It is important to point out that I have yet to meet a professor at the college who did not speak good English! I can't be happier for the choice I made.
