Higher Education institutions have been giving increasing importance to the role of their graduates in the achievement of strategic objectives. Alumni facilitate the connection with the business world and contribute to the institutional reputation and talent attraction. Communication thus becomes an important key to overcome the challenge of developing an effective liaison plan that matches the university’s strategic priorities and the interests and needs of its alumni.
This staff week focused on the following topics, among others:

- how to create an international community,
- how to create stories that connect all the community,
- fundraising: the great dilemma.
