The themes proposed by the organisers of the Xth edition of the ReUSO conference aim to bring out studies and discussions on cultural heritage, including operational paths, from the understanding and dissemination to the heritage interventions, that may contribute to the proposal of operational and methodological practices in different contexts: from specialized research to interventions by institutions, from the world of business to the broader context that remains without doubt the main observatory, i.e. the contemporary society in which we live and work. In this line, the following main topics are proposed for the conference:
• Reuse and restoration: concepts, current orientations and future trends
• The teaching of restoration, conservation and related disciplines
• Risk mitigation in architectural and urban Heritage
• Impact of wars on cultural and built Heritage
• New technologies in support to the built heritage protection
