Building analysis and management
ICS has a range of advanced skills in the areas of physics and building technology, traditional and innovative, providing services, among others, in carrying out inspections, diagnosis and building performance assessment, including laboratory tests. The IC is highly specialised in multiple risk, conservation, rehabilitation and structural and non-structural reinforcement (hygrothermal, acoustic and fire) assessment.
ICS is also highly skilled at analysing different processes of a construction’s life cycle, proposing to improve management processes, evaluations/benefits and improving information systems, including dematerialisation.
