Studying arts my whole life I would never imagine going to study for FEUP, but my passion for arts and technology led me to make the Master in Multimedia. After having had contact with the job market, I realized that there is a lot of versatility and that’s what I found in the master’s degree, the options are vast and several disciplines to choose from, which proved to be an asset. The master’s degree also promotes team work, where elements from different professional areas and nationalities combine skills and allows a broader and more innovative knowledge.
It wasn’t always easy, I felt challenged and encouraged to do my best. However, there was always a great force for mutual help among the master’s community and I never felt alone. I feel that I learned a lot and gave me more confidence to carry out more ambitious and borderless projects. I highly recommend the master’s degree if you want to open your horizons in relation to multimedia and share the same passion for art and technology.
Regarding FEUP, it was undoubtedly one of the best colleges I studied. The college is beautiful and offers plenty of opportunities, activities and teaching excellence with innovation. The link with companies also helps us to know the job market and its needs. I am proud to study at FEUP and in the city of Porto.
