After finishing my degree in History at FLUP, I decided to expand my horizons and join the Masters in Multimedia at FEUP. I didn’t know very well what would happen after making this decision, but I knew that at FEUP I would be in good hands, not only because it is a renowned university at national and world level, but also because the Master in Multimedia offers a range of curricular units that will allow me to build my own path. Everything was confirmed when I was accepted and I became a student at this institution, where I immediately felt at home, supported by the great facilities and teachers, as well as access to the equipment I needed.
At FEUP and MM, I find myself living one of the most enriching experiences of my life, where I have contact with professors from the most varied fields (from Computer Engineering, Fine Arts and Economics), as well as students from other master’s, backgrounds and more varied nationalities, which allows me to be constantly learning and getting out of my comfort zone. Of the thousand advantages that MM brings, multidisciplinarity and the possibility of interacting and working with so many students and different teachers is what I emphasize most because it is the one that I feel has taught me the most.
I would advise anyone with a penchant for creativity, but also for technology and innovation in taking the Masters in Multimedia, because really the chance to build our own path, meet extraordinary people and mentors for life.
