According to the Regulation the Jury is to be constituted by 10/13 members indicated by International Associations/ Entities:

IABSE – International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering;

FIB – Fédération Internationale du Béton;

IABMAS – International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety;

AISC – American Institute of steel construction;

ECCE – European Council of Civil Engineers;

ASCE– American Society of Civil Engineers.
