To make an appointment for a first psychological consultation, you should contact us by telephone on 220 413 578, by sending an e-mail to psispo@fe.up.pt or by visiting SPO in person in Room A210 (Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm).

Your request will be answered and an appointment will be scheduled for approximately one hour with one of the psychologists, taking into account your availability.

SPO is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The in-person service (A276) and telephone service are open from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Consultations take place during SPO opening hours.

This is a type of service provided by the SPO’s psychologists which aims to give students the opportunity to access a consultation for advice and/or counselling, without the need for an appointment.

The service is available every Wednesday between 12 AM and 1 PM.
