The Registration Fee covers attendance of sessions, maximum two papers presentation, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and preprints of the abstracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancelation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If the cancellation notification is received until 15th<\/sup> April 2025, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of \u20ac100. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 15th<\/sup> April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
