Previosly he had been for 4 years GBS Global Talent VP based in NY. \u00a0With over 20 years of diverse experience in HR Management at world wide level, he is an expert on HR Strategy, Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Leadership Development. Over his career he had \u00a0been on assignment twice in US, he served as HR Director of IBM Italy and he lived two years in Sao Paolo Brazil where he had the responsibility of the IBM Latin America HR team. Gian Luigi holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Milan University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etienne Huret <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He was appointed Managing Director of Natixis in Portugal in July 2020. Etienne has 27 years of banking experience, 15 years as a consultant, leading large transformation programs and 12 years as IT Head and Senior Leader in the global offshoring and nearshoring centers of Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
