MERIT AWARDS FOR STUDENTS AND STAFF<\/span><\/strong>
\nCompanies give awards to our students and recent graduates as a way of signaling their focus
\nin talent tracking and as a statement on the importance of quality education for the career
\npath of new employees. The awards are announced every year in the graduation ceremony.
\nProfessors and researchers who stand out in a particular area of interest to the company
\ncan also be awarded. This is a mean of strengthening trust relations with talented staff
\nand of associating the company with their success.<\/p>\n

EARLY ACCESS TO THE BEST TALENTS<\/span><\/strong>
\nFEUP Career Path is the gateway for companies to meet future talents, to explore the best
\nways to interact with our students and graduates, and to recruit new professionals. This
\nprogramme aims to promote softs skills development and entrepreneurship, and help
\nthe professional integration and career management of the graduates.
\nFEUP Career Fair is an yearly event that facilitates intensive contacts between dozens of
\ncompanies and hundreds of students and graduates.<\/p>\n<\/div>
