Gian Luigi Cattaneo
He is Vice President HR IBM Europe Middle East and Africa based in Madrid (Spain). Previosly he had been for 4 years GBS Global Talent VP based in NY. With over 20 years of diverse experience in HR Management at world wide level, he is an expert on HR Strategy, Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development. Over his career he had been on assignment twice in US, he served as HR Director of IBM Italy and he lived two years in Sao Paolo Brazil where he had the responsibility of the IBM Latin America HR team. Gian Luigi holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Milan University.
Etienne Huret
He was appointed Managing Director of Natixis in Portugal in July 2020. Etienne has 27 years of banking experience, 15 years as a consultant, leading large transformation programs and 12 years as IT Head and Senior Leader in the global offshoring and nearshoring centers of Société Générale. Across his different roles, in countries such as Portugal, Belgium, Romania and India, Etienne has strived to promote an inclusive and innovative mindset, with special focus on diversity in leadership and in technology, LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities.
