4. For what purpose we process your data
At Magnetic Blood we will process your data in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Laws no. 58/2019 and no. 59/2019, manually and/or automatically for the following purposes:
– To respond to queries, doubts or any request made by e-mail or through any of the contact methods available to you.
– To fulfil legally established contractual obligations.

5. How long we will keep the data
The Magnetic Blood will only keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and in the mutual interest and, subsequently, for the periods established by law for the resolution of possible liabilities arising from the same. In the event of a request to delete your data, which is legally possible, the data will be deleted with the appropriate security measures to ensure that the data is pseudonymised or completely destroyed.
Payment and invoicing data will be kept for the periods established by the respective economic/accounting and tax regulations.

With regard to transactions for the purchase/sale of services/products, the data collected is obligatory for their execution. In this sense, the interested party is obliged to provide the data necessary for its execution. Withdrawal of the Customer’s consent to the processing of additional data shall not affect the performance of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Magnetic Blood.

7. To which recipients we may transfer the data
The Magnetic Blood does not, under any circumstances, sell the data of Customers, Suppliers, Partners, Website Users or other external organisations to third parties.
