It is our pleasure to announce the ESIS\/TC12 Awards for Robert Moskovic Award and Award of Merit TC12 as well as for ESIS\/TC12 Young Scientist Award. The winners will be announced at the Conference. Proposals should be sent to the following e-mail: iras@fe.up.pt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert Moskovic Award\u00a0(deadline 15 March<\/strong> 2023<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regulations and Eligibility Criteria<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Every ESIS\/TC12 member can submit a proposal to the ESIS TC12 Awards Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The proposal has to be seconded by another member, however, from a country other than that of the proposer (and both should be from a different country than that of the candidate).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The proposal shall include a detailed justification of the candidate, usually covering one to two pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. It shall include a detailed CV of the candidate and a list of his\/her five most important publications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The ESIS TC12 Awards committee need to be composed by TC12 chairmen, TC12 scientific managers, and two people selected by TC12 committee (people selected for just one year).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    ESIS\/TC12 Young Scientist Award\u00a0(deadline 15 March<\/strong> 2023<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Regulations and Eligibility Criteria<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The Young Scientist\u2019s Award is dedicated to the best contributions at TC12 symposium, as selected by the Awards Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Young scientists who have not reached the age of 37 years on the first day of the TC12 symposium meeting may apply for this award.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. They should submit their application including the manuscript for the conference and a CV to the conference chairperson who will then distribute this material to the Awards Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The material must be submitted with the conference paper according to the submission date for papers. It should be noted that to receive the award, the researcher must make a presentation at the TC12 symposium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. He\/she must be the first author of the paper. In the case of co-authors, the application should include a signed agreement of all the co-authors supporting the nomination of the Applicant for the Award. There may be as many as two awards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. This award is being given as an encouragement to younger researchers and in support of their careers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. The ESIS TC12 Awards committee need to be composed by TC12 chairmen, TC12 scientific managers, and three people selected by TC12 committee (people selected for just one year).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Award of Merit TC12<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Award of Merit TC12 honors members of ESIS who have contributed outstandingly to the success of the technical committee TC12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
