Em outras palavras: todos podem praticar Yoga, mesmo aqueles que n\u00e3o dominam as posi\u00e7\u00f5es mais complexas das artes circenses. No ano 2020, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento tiveram de sofrer alguns ajustes devido \u00e0 pandemia, mas continuam a acontecer.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 outubro, aos s\u00e1bados e domingos, e tendo em conta as condi\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas favor\u00e1veis, foi poss\u00edvel desfrutar de aulas de yoga, pilates ou tai-chi num jardim da nossa cidade do Porto. A partir de agora, as aulas ser\u00e3o dadas em pavilh\u00f5es espalhados pela cidade.<\/p>\n<p>As aulas s\u00e3o gratuitas, mas o n\u00famero de participantes \u00e9 limitado, tendo em conta o espa\u00e7o. Assim, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio uma inscri\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via.<br \/>\nAs aulas acontecem aos s\u00e1bados de manh\u00e3.<\/p>\n<p>As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para as aulas dispon\u00edveis devem ser
