Studying at university and its associated challenges can be one of these cases!<\/p>\n<p>However, when anxiety symptoms significantly affect your day-to-day life and prevent you from carrying out certain tasks or activities, you should try to look for strategies that mitigate these symptoms and allow you to function more adaptively.
