Paper Submission

The papers must be written in English, according to the rules defined in this template Word / template LLNCS.

The length of normal papers (including references) must have a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 10 pages. In case of papers of Plenary Keynote Lectures, a maximum of 20 pages is allowed.

The file size of the paper to be submitted should not exceed 30MB. Headers and footers will be added to the paper by the editors, so please make sure the file is not protected in any way.

The paper must be uploaded on the EVACES 2025 web site, using the author private area (introducing login and password credentials).
