Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract + one powerpoint slide (Elevator Pitch) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Extended abstracts must be in English and should have a maximum of 2 pages, 11pt (doc or latex).

Powerpoint slides should be formatted for A4 landscape (horizontal) and should not use animations.

Both documents should be be organized around the three following topics:

1. The challenge
2. The Methodology
3. The value to society

The submission  is mandatory for PhD students with permanent registration (i.e. that have already defended the research project proposal). All other researchers (visiting researchers, scholars, 1st year PhDs) are strongly encouraged to submit.
