{"id":4019,"date":"2018-11-27T13:09:32","date_gmt":"2018-11-27T13:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paginas.fe.up.pt\/~dce\/2021\/?page_id=4019"},"modified":"2021-06-27T14:48:25","modified_gmt":"2021-06-27T14:48:25","slug":"symposium-on-transport-systems","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fe.up.pt\/dce\/2021\/symposia\/symposium-on-transport-systems\/","title":{"rendered":"Symposium on Transport Systems and Mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The symposium on \u201c<em>Transport Systems and Mobility\u201d<\/em>\u00a0will be held <em>online<\/em>, as part of the 4<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0Doctoral Congress Engineering (DCE21) hosted at FEUP, Porto, Portugal, on the 28<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0and 29<sup>th<\/sup> of June 2021.<\/p>\n<p>This symposium is organized by the PDST (Programa Doutoral em Sistemas de Transportes), a joint doctoral program of FEUP, FCTUC (Universidade de Coimbra) and IST (Universidade de Lisboa). The PDST was set up in the scope of the MIT Portugal Program.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium chairs and organisers are pleased to invite you to share ongoing work or final results of PhD projects or advanced Master dissertations of possible PhD candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topics for submission<\/strong> include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Urban mobility and logistics<\/li>\n<li>Mobility as a Service<\/li>\n<li>Data, information and knowledge in transports<\/li>\n<li>Intermodal transports and the Circular Economy<\/li>\n<li>Transport systems and land use<\/li>\n<li>Airports and airlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submissions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>|| DEADLINE EXTENSION: 16th May ||<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Only for \u201cshort papers\u201d:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use this template: <a href=\"https:\/\/paginas.fe.up.pt\/~dce\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/DCE21_Oral-communication_template_v1.docx\">Submission template for oral communication proposal<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Please check the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/paginas.fe.up.pt\/~dce\/2021\/submission\/call-for-papers\/\">\u2018Instructions for authors\u2019<\/a>\u00a0page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They should be made directly through the conference submission\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=dce21\">Easychair platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Contributors are expected to submit \u201cshort papers\u201d in English (maximum size of 3 A4 pages) that will be reviewed by the Symposium Committee.
