After acception &#8211; the final submission &#8211; you may include names+affiliation)<\/li>\n<li>Abstracts\u00a0up to 1 A4 page will be automatically considered for poster. Short papers (maximum length of 3 A4 pages) will be reviewed and, based on the combined marks of the reviewers, will be assigned either for oral or poster presentation (you may confirm or propose your presentation format as being for \u2018Oral\u2019 or \u2018Poster\u2019, in the Easychair submission platform).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/paginas.fe.up.pt\/~dce\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/DCE21_POSTER_template_v1.docx\">Submission template for poster presentation proposal<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/paginas.fe.up.pt\/~dce\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/DCE21_Oral-communication_template_v1.docx\">Submission template for oral communication proposal<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ACCEPTANCE, REVISION AND RESSUBMISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Notification of acceptance should occur between April 1st &#8211; 30<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>The reviewed abstracts\/papers must be submitted as an editable file format (camera-ready version) for the Book of Abstracts<\/li>\n<li>The reviewed abstracts\/papers must be submitted with the\u00a0affiliation recommendations of UPorto:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/libguides.fe.up.pt\/publicacao-cientifica\/publicarUP\">http:\/\/libguides.fe.up.pt\/publicacao-cientifica\/publicarUP<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AWARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each Symposium will award specific prizes. Please check your Symposium webpage (in this site, menu &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/paginas.fe.up.pt\/~dce\/2021\/symposia\/\">Symposia<\/a>&#8216;) to find out wich prizes will be awarded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prizes will be decided by each Symposia Organizing Committee and awarded in a special cerimony at the Congress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Award winners abstracts will be displayed <em>ad aeternum<\/em> in <a href=\"https:\/\/paginas.fe.up.pt\/~dce\/2021\/programme\/awards\/\">this website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The submitted abstract reference (authors, title) will be included in the DCE21 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Booklet<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Specific Symposium <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Book of Abstracts<\/span> with ISBN will be made available with the reviewed abstracts<\/li>\n<li>Selected authors will be invited to submit a full paper in a special issue of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Proceedings<\/span> to the\u00a0<a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"http:\/\/feupedicoes.fe.up.pt\/journals\/index.php\/upjeng\/index\">U.Porto Journal of Engineering<\/a><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">.
