The ordering of the academic procession follows the rules of Dispatch no. GR 02/07/2011 of the University of Porto, introduced on July 1st.
The Magnificent Rector of UP, the FEUP’s Dean, the members of the Rectoral Team, the members of the General Council of UP, the Deans of other Organizational Units, the members of the Executive Council and the Representatives’ Council of FEUP, as well as the Heads of Departments and Degree Programs, Professors, and PhDs, will take part in the procession.
Between 4.45 p.m. and 5 p.m. the academic procession will be aligned in the Exhibition Hall of FEUP.
At the end of the ceremony, the Newly Doctorates may join the academic procession upon departure, as long as they are in proper attire.
