During the ceremony all participants are supported by a team of hosts who will help you find the right place.
All honorees are reserved and identified in advance in the room.
The New Doctors, although individually called at stage, are grouped according to their courses. Each course will have a reserved Auditorium area and a host that will help you find the right place in the room, but also take you to the stage and accompany you throughout the ceremony. It is important that the New Doctorate be attentive to the indications that the host is transmitting.
The Events Center, the organizing unit of the ceremony, only ensures seating for attendees who confirm attendance.
Guest may choose freely among the non-reserved seats.
